Orders from Friday will be delivered Monday. International shipments are sent by Standard Air Mail. This takes normally about 1-2 weeks for EU countries and 2-3 weeks for countries outside the EU. Damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted.
